A1 Level (Beginners)
A1 level German is the first level of proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). It is the beginner level where learners start acquiring basic skills in the German language.

A2 Level (Beginners Advanced)
A2 German level refers to above beginner, intermediate level German knowledge. You can easily make simple sentences and simple daily conversations at A2 German level. A2 German level is the second level in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

B1 Level (Intermediate)
The B1 level is the third level in the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) for Languages. It is certainly a step beyond the A1 & A2 exams. Passing the B1 level German exam means that you are on the intermediate level of your journey.

B2 Level (Advanced Intermediate)
German speakers with a B2 level German proficiency have upper-intermediate proficiency, meaning they can comprehend and communicate effectively in complex texts. It's a phase in which language use becomes increasingly complex and varied.

C1 Level (Advanced)
C1 level German is considered advanced and shows the holder has full control of German grammar and vocabulary.
